  • Ensure the development of strategic skills among student and community residents that foster their commitment to academic excellence and lifelong learning;
  • Enhance the skills and teaching strategies of professional educators, particularly in the use of computer-mediated instructional techniques that support their effectiveness as master educators;
  • Promote community-based problem-solving and development  through  action research; and
  • Address development needs of individuals, communities, companies, and organizations through strategic planning, innovative program design, program implementation, management, assessment, and evaluation.

Our mission can be summed up into one simple motto:

“Harvesting knowledge that endures for a lifetime!”

The faculty, staff and associates of TGOW Institute believe that all students have the capacity for self-directed learning and possess a critical set of strategic skills essential in the completion of on-line and independent study curriculum.  Adult learners have a clear and distinctive edge in the development and utilization of these skills. However, most traditional classroom-based educational systems do not work to maximize the benefits of this capacity. Instead, they rely heavily on structured learning centered on a designated physical space and time.  TGOW Institute’s instructional delivery system is one that values and promotes the virtues of the strategic learner. It seeks to enhance and strengthen these virtues as the cornerstone of the learner’s capacity to become a life-long learner and master of their own educational development.

We pride ourselves on understanding and addressing the problems and challenges faced by education systems in the global arena. Our commitment to the values of strategic learning and academic excellence is found in all of our programs and services. We believe that our clients, including those students and educators we serve, as well as program administrators, are our greatest asset, and we are fully dedicated to serving your needs.
